2013 Convertible ZL1 One Year Body Style

With the changes to the 14 Camaro which I assume carries over to the ZL1 makes the 13 ZL1 Convertible a one year body style.

And just what makes you think that?

The front end and tail lights have been updated for the 2014 camaro.

I believe I read somewhere that the 2014 ZL1 will retain the same front fascia, but the rear-end update will be on the ZL1 for 2014. If this is true, then yes, you (we) will have a one-year unique convertible ZL1, kinda cool!

Yep you better put your cars away in the garage under a cover and wait 40 years for them to appreciate....

OK, I misunderstood your original post. I thought you were implying that there would be NO ZL1 convertible for 2014.

Yes it will get the updated rear end, but keep the current front end, so yes it will look a bit different.

Who really knows what will be collectible in the future? These cars will be a unique convertible for model year 2013, that's all. I've had mine for 7 months and just turned 375 miles- not many. I just don't get to drive it much. That being said, I certainly won't limit my driving in the crazy hope or idea that this car will be something special in the future, at least any more special than any other ZL1 (I think they're all pretty special). My advice is to drive, enjoy and care for whatever flavor car you find in you garage!

...without pointing out the specific news release post, the 2014 ZL1 will have the same front end as the 2013, but will have the 2014 refresh on the rear end. Which refresh they didn't say<the SS and Z/28 are different>.

SS has nothing to do with the different tail lights, it's the RS or non RS, I think you can get the ZL1 with or without the RS package. So either design should be on the car based on if you get the RS package or not.

...that's confusing. It was stated the rear end of the 2014 ZL1 will be different from the 2013, it will reflect the refresh for 2014. The nose will be unchanged.
