Hope all is well over there, we go blasted over here. Not too bad, some still without power.

Yes sir. All is well this morning. We had some wind and a fair amount of rain about 9:30 last night, but the storms appear to have weakened some as they headed east. I hope you didn't have any damage.

I did not, thank you. The surrounding area north got it pretty good though

Send a little of that moisture to us in the NW Valley, been 4 1/2 months since last sprinkle of rain. 107 degrees today , back up to 115 next week . More than Half way thru Monsoon season and nothing yet.
Arizona Desert can be a brutal place sometimes , but doesn't stop me from going out and golfing, just take a 6 pk of water . Glad you guys are ok . Keep them Beautiful Cars inside til things mellow out .
I haven't driven her in about 2 months , too hot for her.
Take Care you guys.

Interesting... Living in a snow state (WI) I have seen all kinds of posts about not driving your Camaro in the snow, Ice, salt... but this is the first I've seen a post that someone doesn't drive their Camaro in the heat.

Wow! That's crazy. No rain in 4 plus months. I hope you get some soon.

It can be drier here in July and August, but nothing like you are dealing with. We have had our fair share of rain this summer though. The issue here in the coastal plain is the humidity. This time of year it's 95 with a heat index of 100 to 110. If you play a round of golf in that you will be soaking wet with sweat because your sweat doesn't evaporate. It's miserable.

Thankfully I keep all my vehicles in my garages. The Camaro doesn't go out unless the weather is nice.

I have to honestly say... This is the first time I've ever seen anyone post this. Living in WI I've seen countless posts of people storing their car for the winter. But I have never seen a post about anyone not driving their car because it's too hot. Interesting...

With the low humidity around 15 to 25 % it's easy to breathe, you sweat but not wet, drys quick , but half to bring plenty of water when outside ( golfing for me ) I bike ride and run my Lab early in the morning. 10 day forecast goes above 110 . We had record snow fall up in northern Arizona this last winter, so the reservoirs filled up , but need the moisture from the moonsoons now .

We had a good monsoon blast yesterday in SE Arizona, enough to get the washes flowing. Temps dropped down to 66. It caught me on my one day a week I drive my 1LE, had my first "near death" experience on wet performance tires.

We're at 4600 ft altitude, usually only breaks 100 a few days in the summer. This year has been hotter and drier than usual, for sure.

When I was coating it and heard a loud pop. When I backed it out heard a clunk. Glad they took the time to put that dealer logo on the car though.

Nothing is hurt and I have another lttle new car momento. Maybe I should just put them back and be like the Mopar guys and their splitter guards.
