All I can say is Mid-Ohio was GREAT today. never drove and pushed so hard and had so much fun

Looked like Crazy fun time. Will have to get some new street tires so I can do this again. My four year old Pirellis probably wouldn't hold so well anymore.

What speeds were you hitting on the long straight?

130 to 140 I am basing this from what tomster and the Mark in the CTS-V were telling me. I had my DIC set on tire pressures. when I did flip over to speed, I saw 130 every time.

When we weren't getting slowed down in traffic. our laps were between 1:45 and 1:50

I could not believe what a difference the weight made between my car and the the 2 CTS-Vs and Tomster in his ZL1.

As long as I got in the right gear and got on the gas soon enough. they didn't pull on me nor gain ground on the back straight. It was really shocking how we all stayed together.

I had just scaled the car at Back Street performance. With the the big rubber camaro trunk mat, three full bottles of cleaner and a brake fluid. my car weighed 3792 with just a fuzz under half a tank.

Went to the track yesterday, no record breaking times due to it being blazing hot out but still had fun. Lost first round, red lit and ran way too fast anyways. Got it home and put it on the lift and discovered the axle seal on the drivers side leaking while I was changing the tires. Glad it wasn't the axle when I seen the gear lube the axle boot was my first thought but it's just leaking from the seal.
