Practice!! Seat time is what you need and you will be comfortable....hitting the rev limiter hurts the ET.

Just a thought...but what do stock or nearly stock SS' run there?

well... Bandimere (i think that's where we are talking about) is at 5800'. So that puts a stock SS about 1 second or so slower... Now factor in some warm (not hot) and next thing you know you are at a DA of 8000! So now you are talking 1.5 seconds or more slower!

Go to: www.NHRA.com and look at index adjustments for mile-high (Bandimere). Our 8.90 class will be run at close to 3/4 of a Second slower if I remember right, but they have it all there.
