Tucson Camaro's

Steve and I are cruising up to Mt.Lemmon on Sunday.If anybody else is interested we will be meeting at Udall park at 10:00 am

I'm leaving the Tucson area in less than 2 weeks and want to get rid of the following items:

- LS3/L99 engine cover
- Under hood fuse panel cover
- Center console shifter bezel (manual transmission, no gauges)

They are great for someone who wants to paint these items and not mess with their factory parts.

I'd like to get $50 for the engine cover but the other parts are free.

Lackland. I was looking at dragstrips in the area and it looks like San Antonio Raceway is shutting down due to bankruptcy. Hopefully someone buys it soon.
The good news is Texas is filled with awesome car events/road courses/dragstrips/etc. The bad news is the long drive to get to these places.

When do you leave? Due to my work schedule the soonest I could get to Tucson is 9 Apr. I will take them.

So a new Nitto Invo is headed my way and I need to fix the fender so this doesn't cost me another $250


Anyone know a good spot to get my fenders rolled.

Anyone who is going to have a car entered in Torque Fest this coming Saturday here is the plan. The

Northside group will meet at Quik Trip at 5565 W Cortaro Farms Rd, just East of I-10, at 7:00am, we will leave Quik Trip at 7:10am to meet up with the Southside group.

Southside group will meet in the front corner parking lot at Triple T Truck Stop at 5451 E Benson Hwy, off the Frontage Rd & I-10 at 7:30am, this will make it easier when we leave.

The total group will leave from Triple T Truck Stop at 7:50 to head to Pima Air and Space Museum. Tim Deloreon, the head of this event will have a location for our club.

If you have not registered you can the day of, it is $20. Make sure to bring, water, sun block, hats, snacks, radios tuned to 5.0.

Ok the cruise is only a couple days away now
When: Sunday april 26
Where:
Phoenix will meet at aunt chiladas Tempe baseline and I 10 at 9:00 am leavening by 9:30 am to meet everyone in casa grande at SAMs club off exit 194 in casa grande by 10:30.

Sierra vista will meet at 7:45 am in Hastings bookstores parking lot leaving by 8:00 am with a possible stop in benson then will meet the Tucson group at quik trip off cortero and the I 10 around 9:30 am

Tucson will meet at quik trip off cortero and I 10 at 9:30 and will leave by 10:00 am to meet everyone at the SAMs club store off of exit 194 in casa grande.
We will all leave SAMs by 11:00 am and we will make our way to Apache junction via back roads twisty little two lane roads. We will swing by the quik trip at Idaho and old west hwy any one meeting us there please have radios on channel 5.0 or send me one persons cell number and I will call as we get close. This will likely be to large of a group to all pull in the QT so I will give you all a heads up and you can jump in line as we go by.
From here we will continue to goldfield ghost town where we will spend some time they have offered us a discount for the train ride the mystery shack and mine tour it will be $16.00 per adult and $10.00 a child for all three attractions. We will leave the ghost town by 2:30 where we will continue up to canyon lake where we can stop if anyone would like to take some photos. We will need to arrive at tortilla flats by 4:00 pm where they are supposed to have some parking roped off for us in front of the restaurant what we can't fit there we will need to park either across the street or up in the overflow parking lot.

Rhona not sure how many you got meeting at aunt chiladas but if you need to adjust times please do so

Hoping you all can help...I am thinking about getting the Vitesse Throttle Controller to help with the lag when I hit the pedal. It's always bugged my on my V6 and now with the V8 it's better but would like no lag at all. Does anyone have one? What about installation - hard to install? And where do you mount it?
