Everybody commenting should keep one thing in mind; the only way to come up something different is to try something different. You can bet that for every concept that's accepted, there's probably hundreds that aren't while the designers were working to try and come up with something. In other words, it ain't easy. He's trying to find that "look" like everyone else is so even if you don't like his version, give him credit for at least making the effort. Give him CONSTRUCTIVE feedback so he knows what changes to make if you don't like something.
To Bruno...don't let the naysayers discourage you...keep at it!

Personally, I see some potential in the dimensions and basic proportions, but I think it needs heavy tweaking. Lots more Camaro, lots less Buick concept.
Regardless, props for spending the time then putting it out there to fire up the pitchfork wielders.

6th Gen
IMO, I like this older rendering and can confidently say if it were to be produced I would in fact buy one!
I would like to see this car in a retro "Lemans Blue" or "Lucerne Blue".

I think every single one of these is completely awesome. I would be envious of any version. You've done an amazing job. I only hope GM doesn't make the next gen like yours because I don't want mine to look outdated.

Do you even lift, bro?

everyone is consumed with the front....the side and transition to the "hips" needs work....very generic ATM...the gills are too ordinary and expected and angled a lil off. The long anlge on the door does not match the angle of the bottom of the body and it looks like a mistake. Is the entire top glass as well? Looks like it.

Decent looking. Nix the ones with the big DODGE grills. The others, good as they are, somehow remind me of Matchbox Cars instead of Muscle.... not saying I don't like it, just it seems a little overdramatic.

I like it.....but could someone give this car a hood with a slight power dome in it similar to the 5th gen. I really love this on the 5th gen, and I pray they incorporate it on the 6th gen.

I'm loving the 5th one down in silver, kinda has a second gen flair to it. I'd love to see a 6th gen with second gen inspiration like you see in 5th gen with the first gen roots.

My 6th gen 2016 Camaro Renderings
Something similar to this maybe.. Btw, I didn't create this picture, nor do I own any rights, saw it on a Facebook post by "chevy camaro lovers" Last edited by Jf1288; 01-30-2014 at 01:12 PM. |
