Thanks. So that's why the bolts say 8.8 on them! I just put the TB on since I asked that question. It's very quick and simple, just didn't wanna tighten up the bolts until I knew.

Also pretty sure now that I'll get a catch can as there was oil on the back of my TB and a good coating on everything in the intake manifold

8.8 is a hardness not a torque spec

Ever since I installed this my cold start has been pathetic. It used to be beastly. I'm going to double check my installation but something is not right

That is odd. Extended cranking times before it fires or just overall struggling? How many miles have you put on it with the ported TB so far?

Not when it cranks it's when it actually turns over and see used to roar now it just tried to turn on

First step I would say is to ensure all connection (bolts, clamps, & plug) are tight, after that, swap back to stock and see if there is an immediate improvement. It's an easy enough job you can go back to stock quickly to test, then throw the ported TB back on again if you decide to.

That's the plan. Hopefully it's something dumb like the intake hose not seated all the way
