If heat is a problem, I suppose you could have it here in the Pacific NW. At the beginning of August the temps can soar into the 70's, but mostly it'll stay in the comfortable 50's to low 60's (and refreshing mid to upper 40's at night).
But I can't think of any real good venues around here. The educated Subaru driving Seattleites don't much approve of racing. We have a national class dragstrip and motorsports site in Pacific Raceways, but it's not near enough to anything to make it the kind of attraction I'd think they are looking for. Portland, I don't know what they have. I'd go if it were there, but I know it'll never come out here. Nothing ever comes here. People expect sunshine in the Summer.:(
