I would keep it at spot foul. If the defense knows the ball is going to caught for a 40 yard gain all has to do do a PI and only have a 15 yard gain instead of 40.

15yd is how college is played, and there isn't an abundant amount of PI's called. More often than not, there's a bomb thrown, that won't be caught anyway, and a PI is called for a free 40+ yard gain. It's dumb.

Collage used to be a spot foul. They changed it to a 15 yard penalty. Some of the PI on long passes are made so that it only a 15 yard gain. I never did like the 15 yards lose rule and never will.

The only way I feel a spot foul for defensive pass interference is fair, is if it's a "spot foul" for the offensive PI. Meaning, if there's a 20yd+ offensive PI, then the ball should go back 20+ yds. it's such an offensive game anyway, I like giving the defense a little help.

Anyone really know anything about a Dez Bryant video? "Sources" say its worse than the Ray Rice video. I kinda find that hard to believe. Sounds like bullchit.
