It snows in Kansas?

Yep, it varies from about 2-7 inches when it does snow. Also it normally never gets much above 20 during the winter. I remember a few years ago it was near 70 one day and the next we had snow on the ground.

Don't get as much snow as my friends up north get, but we do get some.

What tires could i put on a 2015 stock rim set up ss, thinking all season/winter tire if it exists, not planning on summer or snow if avoidable, same size all around

If your driving this in the winter in Alberta you need snow tires.

Winter tires are finally installed. Hopefully this will be helpful to other folks.

2014 1SS RS with 245/45/20 front and 275/40/20 rear. P-Zeros in the summer.

The winter tires are Bridgestone Blizzak LM-32's. 245/45/20 all the way around on the stock wheels.

Side view

Tires stretched over the rear.

The car is a little dirty, apologies. The car drives fairly the same. Definitely more roll in the corners, and the friction the tires create definitely requires more acceleration than normal.

Go them for $1,300 and change out the door at the dealership.

Of course, it's supposed to be in the 50s next week... so I haven't had a chance to test them yet. But I will update once we finally get some snow.

Just curious, what is the purpose of the black trash bags? Thanks.

Do you mean that I wasted my money on those great TireRack tire totes??!!
(or should I put the wheels in black plastic bags, and then put on the tire totes?)

Of course not. The totes are handy if you have the. I like the carry handle they provide. I actually store all my tires in the totes which works fine as well. I suggested this method because most people have black trash bags handy.

We are sold out of the rear size for the rest of the season. I do have have the front size which works fine on all 4 corners for winter.

May be the placebo effect but I feel much safer driving now that I have my winter set up installed. Also I swear the new tires are quieter than the p-zero's and my car rides smoother.
