Yes! Friday but unfortunately it's not my Friday either. Gotta work tomorrow also but it's ok, big boss is buying some carne asada meat to cook on our grill so it's going to be good eating. Too bad we can't do Corona's with our food.

best advice is to eat, eat, and eat. You have to eat to grow, a good sound diet and workout plan is a great combo that is hard to beat!

Lol that's my problem. I eat n eat n eat but stay the same weight. Guess I will look more into my diet and see what I can do there.

A variety lol

Regular week lunch is anything from a burger, sushi, Thai food, sub sandwich, etc.

Dinner anything from chicken, steak, fish, pork, with salad, vegetables, etc. don't eat hardly any fast food or just straight crap.

That's a good thing. If you eat as much as you want and don't gain weight, consider that a good thing. Now to gain weight you will have to force yourself to eat some. Like Brian said don't shovel whatever is in front of your face down your throat. Figure out the appropriate macronutrient ratio for you and go from there.

Get old. That's how I did it. Like you, when I was young I couldn't gain weight if I tried but somehow I over came that hill. When I became..........over the hill! (drums! cymbal!) Git it? Over came that hill when.................hmp! Tough crowd.

Oh I know. My family has that skinny jean lol all the guys just don't get big even when they get older.

All the way up to 31 I only weighed 145 lbs soaking wet and I am 6' 2"

Finally after the 31 mark I gained a few pounds and am between 175-185. Now I am at the same point as before, can't gain weight no matter how hard I try.

I will have to read up some more on nutrition.

i get to re-evaluate all the drivers starting today. should last a couple weeks, and they let me work a straight 8 hours without taking a lunch, so i get out 30 minutes early every night

i hate when that happens. i had to work christmas eve one year, and i was pounding to get the job done. everytime i finished a job, they gave me another one to do. after 4 times i just said screw it.
