Yes, they want about $25k. 45k miles. I like silver, but did you know silver cars get the most tickets?

Red cars getting more tickets is an urban legend. Silver cars (or white, depending on who you ask) get more tickets because of the sheer number of silver/gray and white cars on the road.

Now ticket percentages by car color could be a whole different story.

Interesting stuff here:

So much fun though! But yeah, I try to look around a bit first.

I may give the Camaro another chance to keep itself off car lot depending on the results of this thread:

I think you can't go wrong either way. There the top two Chevys in the food chain. Both great looking vehicles. You may just want to wait till spring, just to mull it over and find the deal right for you.

I've found that many Corvette owners are very protective and meticulous about their cars. You should be able to find plenty in great shape! C6 all the way, unless you have the mullah for a C7!!!

Why don't you change the Camaro back to stock if you aren't happy?

Did you have the street alignment done?

It's going back in next week. Hopefully they will get it sorted. It is not functioning as advertised so we do suspect install issues at this time.

Drove this one today:

One thing you guys didn't bother telling me......

Is the utter insanity of the thing.

Sure, it LOOKS like a normal type car with a sexy body.

Then you get in the cockpit.

OMG, ready for blast off.

Then, your cruising at about 35 or so and decide to see what kind of acceleration it has. OK, accelerator down...The engine roars, the back wheels spin and you're basically in a semi-controlled launch mode.

When the smoke clears and you suck your eyeballs back into their sockets you realize you peed yourself a little.

Not sure I could do this as a DD.

Seriously, it's bigger, heavier, a bit crowded feeling and MUCH more powerful than I was expecting. Man, that thing is crazy.

If you are going to test beat might as well look at Shelby and a Viper.

F430 for the win! Put on your Monte Carlo accent.

Bigger and heavier?

I didn't think there would be much of a difference from your standard C6 and a Camaro SS!

The sound though when both have long tube headers, there is no comparison. The Vette sounds better by a mile.

Yes, just bigger and heavier than I expected it to be. For some reason I was thinking it was going to be a lot lighter than the Camaro... Not a bad thing. Just unexpected.
