I've had my z for all of five days now, and while I would not desire it as a daily driver, it is definitely the best performing Camaro I have ever driven. |

When I followed the release of the S550, a lot of people seemed too be bummed out with the weight gain of the GT when it was released. When Cadillac was looking at reducing weight by the grams here and there, then the Camaro team does some things also, that is serious. This is an advantage of sharing a platform! I see butt hurt in the future, good job Team Camaro!

You know it. It's been raining pretty much every day since I got it, so no pics yet. Now telling when the other two get here, but pics when they do.

I would love to add a sixth gen V6 as a daily driver. I hope hyper blue is available in a couple years or I'll be looking used. Love the color that much.

Butt dyno I thought for sure it was faster. The 5th gen being more refined, heavier and more planted numbs the sense of power and speed slightly. We raced a few times and I always won but it was fairly close. A very aggressive h/c ls1 build north of 450 rwhp is still the faster platform compared to the 5th gen at the strip in my opinion. I'm thinking the 6th gen will finally definitively surpass the 4th gen in drag strip potential mod for mod etc. |
