I actually get a fair number of BMW drivers pulling to the right even if they had not been doing so for others. The ones that don't, I just find another way around. I will say BMW drivers here tend to drive faster than most and I think they just assume I will be going faster than they are, which is frequently but not always the case. I will admit I take special enjoyment in blowing around any Euro/Nippo luxury car driver who thinks he/she owns the left lane. However, while I would like to believe they are arrogant SOBs, they are generally on the phone.

335s (used to) have twin turbos. My dad had a c6 when my mom drove the 335xi and Pops used to talk about how moms 335xi was almost just as fast as the c6. That 335xi was a GREAT car. Not as much fun to drive as my Camaro but far superior in a lot of other ways. Anyone who judges someone's character based on the car they drive is a moron

Well, unless they drive a Prius. Then it's ok.

LMAO! I had one try to keep me from passing as they held up traffic in the left lane. I went to the right lane to pass, they sped up. Well, two downshifts via the paddles later, I was ahead of them and in the left lane and slowed back to the proper cruising speed. Never uderstood those with a Prius that cannot pass a Semi (I guess the drag gets them stuck) or how some of them rabbit off of a light to go right at 44MPH... in a 60!

I mean my fiancé and I own 2 BMWs. We have a 2011 328xi and a new x3. What I have noticed is that people who have never driven Mercedes or BMW more than 90% of the time are jealous or just put them down because they haven't owned one . I mean, don't get me wrong, I love my 2014 Camaro SS but BMWs are definitely the ultimate driving machine.... Specially the ones built in Germany. I mean the way all the systems ( engine, suspension, transmission, brakes, technology, etc.) work together is amazing. However, I do agree with a few people here that once warranty is out the window your SOL!!! But, during those 4 -6 years ( and if you keep maintenance up) BMWs will run forever.
Also, my fiancé and I are not douchebags or rich kids.... we just work hard and enjoy those cars and other luxuries in life. People also judge us for having Camaros or being Camaro owners, but WHO cares.... just be nice, teach them about the Camaro and offer them a ride or even just let them drive the car if they want to. Car people like us( or most of us here , I hope) appreciate all cars. We may have a sweet spot for a particular type of car but, we don't need to pass judgment or just call them names because they drive a car that typically is associated with "well off" or "successful " individuals.

Some doucher in a bmw almost took me out on my zx14 yesterday afternoon. Had to get around me, cut me off in the process and slammed on his brakes because traffic stopped. I swerved around him to avoid a collision. I agree that that every a-hole owns a car, but the bmw folks I've encountered reek of douchiness... no offense flamandj.

I have had two or three BMW M3s try to play on the freeway but I can't think of any instances of any other BMWs or Benzs trying. When you drive a performance vehicle people are going to try you. Comes with the territory.

You forgot the older Cadillac drivers. They sit at lights and rev their engines too, but that's because they can't find "D" on the shift lever.
