But, the diameter of the OEM lower pulley remains under debate. I believe it's either 7.87 or 8"

I have the stock lower pulley somewhere in the garage, pretty sure it's 8". Here's a list from ati on their pulleys for reference

In my calcs for sizing the upper for my coming 2650, I used OEM 8" and 8.8" as my current "10% lower."

Not sure a completely stock fuel system on 91 can get 650whp at altitude, even with the overdriven blower. However... presuming the cam kit includes the extra lobe for the HPFP, you can probably get to whatever the stock LP pump and injectors can give. Easy enough to add a JMS until you hit the injector limit, and then you can always drop the coin for the +30s or whatever later. Suggest you confirm which fuel lobe they're doing and what the implications are for you down the road.
What are you going to use the car for, and is MAT & intercooling going to be an issue for you? |

That being said the car would overall perform better on stock cam, bolt-ons, fuel system, and E60... vs cam, bolt's, and 91 octane.

You won't see 700 actual in COS with the build shown in your first post. Again, you don't need a 103mm with it either.

With my current mods, I don't need a fuel system upgrade do I? I figured since I'm not pushing for crazy numbers that I wouldn't need an upgrade with that...am I mistaken? Really just trying for basic bolt on + cam lmao. |

What do you mean exactly by high side support? Also what do you mean by "utilizing" the cam? Do you really think the smaller pulley, LT's W/X-pipe, and intake would get me 700whp uncorrected? |

Corrected and accounting for altitude I understand that I'd be less. Does that make sense? |
