I have seen a lot of Semi trucks with these spikes on the front wheels, seems dangerous to me.

From my time as a truck driver...alot are plastic. The metal ones are thin and bend kinda easy. All of them are caps as well and pop off I broke 3of the metal ones on my company truck with my boots when walking by.

The only danger I can think of for these is if they were to fall off and are hit by the front of your car or tire

What if someone was walking by and didn't have boots on or long pants?
Still seems dangerous to me.

Can you get snows for those rims, that would help for those long Ontario winters. This must be an American thing I have never seen that in Canada LOL

Took a road trip south to Memphis/Nashville a few years ago and just about every Caddy was wearing 22's or bigger.

I live outside of the GTA, I'm in Mississauga a fair bit and have never seen huge rims on anything outside of an SUV, I have seen the 2 cars where I live with the full flush stance but other than 1 SUV with spinners that is it.
