I wouldn't want matte paint, period. Nothing like washing and waxing your car to a brilliant shine and going out for a cruise or to a show. Now matte accents, like jamala said, are a nice touch for sure.

Lots of these are going to be holed up in a collection. In a few years you will be able to tell what collectors edition was used and enjoyed (as it should be) and which was put away and only looked at. I can’t imagine having a car this fun and not using it. This one is for the collectors.

Matte color isn't doing it for me, but im sure the lucky few who are able to get these will appreciate them.

Even then, the paint’s still final to be at that point. There was the Nitro Yellow ‘24 at CamaroFest

That was in fact the working code name during development from 1965-66. In fact the name was actually broadcast to the public at a 1966 media teleconference which Chevy held that was actually the first live, multi-media teleconference linking 14 remote cities across America at one time.

This was a year before the Beatles performed live from their studio to the world via satellite and 7 years before Elvis performed the first live concert from Hawaii to the world

I have been trying to come up with a way to fit an abbreviation for “Last Panther” for my license plate that fits in 7 letters.

Of all of the colors for the Collector's Edition they could've chosen, I personally don't believe matte black should've been it, but oh well.

If you drive by the Lansing plant often keep an eye out for a sharkskin silver 2SS with light gray interior, a moonroof, and red brake calipers. My TPW is next week
