With true car guys at the top, GM can make CARS - not IOU's...

I watched it live to and noticed that. I wasn't sure if it was a cruze model in aussie or if he meant the camaro. I sent a question asking if they would do the Auto Show in Motion and he actually mentioned wanting to do it again so. We might get to test out some of GM's finest vs. the competition. It was bad ass years ago when they let me hammer on a Corvette on their high speed test drive!

where's the fun in that? Anyway, if you look at all the times the Z28 has been brought up to GM, it hasn't been denied too much. Most of the time there's been winks and nods or clever avoidance of the question, presumably with a sly grin. Then theres the slip ups like what Ed Welburn had not too long ago.

Do you really think with four in test several months ago (That Pedders worked on) that they won't be made starting November 2011???

I believe GM wants to sell as many v6's and V8 SS's as they can before they bring out both the convertible version and then the Z28 with 550 hp!
I'd say next year the anticipation will be rewarded.. Can't say which will be the best to buy...but rather all four camaros will be excellent choices dependant only on how much you want to spend... I'd have a tough time deciding myself.. I'd probably go for the z28 but both the SS and the 300hp V6 options are great ways to go too...

Thanks 'monkey!!! While not what I'd really like to hear, it's certainly better than more bad news. LOL. I think GM likes all this attention. If you ask me, If GM wants Camaro to do expecially well, and I think they do, the more models and people they can appeal these cars to, the better. I hate to see a watered down line, like I tend to see with the likes of Mustang, but look at it's sales success (until recently). I don't know how much of that has to do with the lack of anything, really, from GM, but I think we'll see once the dust settles, just how well the public (not Camaro-loyal) likes Camaro.
Great find! You've brought my spirits back up

Well it sounds to me that the GM folks are letting the hints drop all over the place. I can hardly wait.
