Is the plan to replace the front fender, door, mirror, and back bumper cover with OEM parts?
Then re-paint the right side of the car? You don't need to worry about a paint match with the roof on a vert!
In any case, since you picked a high caliber shop the results will mean that folks walking up to the right side of the car will think it is a brand new vehicle.

Yes, I have 25mm spacers all around. However the fender is fairly well squished in as well.

Sure do need to get it lowered a bit though...

He is replacing the fender, door and mirror (all OEM) and repairing the back bumper. The rear quarter actually escaped anything but a few scratches.

This is the shop:

Me not being an engine expert, how can a V6 motor have that much displacement (4 liters is considered big nowadays) and not have any power?

Now, keep in mind, the 4 liter (SOHC) was barely adequate for the standard Ranger. Add Supercab, 4 wheel drive and big, heavy tires and wheels and it gets "sluggish" very quickly.

The new CAI actually helped a LOT. but it could still use some more help.
