I would spray a small amount on a cheap microfiber and then wipe on the tire.
A little goes a loooong way.
a while ago I tried Adams APC, D101 and many other combos. I scrubbed the hell out of the tire. They still looked like crap. With the tarminator you can clean your tire in about 45 seconds.
I have tire blooming bad on my Vredesteins.

Anyway after I use the tarminator I wash normal with soap and water, then use a little VRT
