I got an update from Chevy Friday. The new steering unit came in from Reno,NV but when they went to put it in (this being the first 2015 they've worked on) they said Chevy made some changes to the undercarriage and the whole engine cradle needed to be removed in order to pull the whole steering module out. So I'm stuck in the Prius for a couple more days. They expect to be done with it by Monday.

I went in at about 1500 miles and was talked into 3000. We have 24000 on her now and no issues. I do my regular service at about 5000. I followed the GM break in rules pretty close.
