Naw, our cars are very heavy. More torque needed.

Oh btw MC. Track times for v6s are mid to low 14s. For the v8 low 13s high 12s. If I remember the estimate it is said every tenth of a second in the quarter mile is about a car length...

about 90 more HP, so your looking at a 30% increase in power. that's about the best way to put it. everything else is subjective

Have you ever thought about searching the site? A lot of this information is out there already.
For example, if you look at the 1/4 mile V8 fast list you can see: Fastest stock LS3 is 12.588 ET 20th fastest stock LS3 is 13.056 ET 26th fastest stock LS3 is 13.133 ET Fastest stock L99 is 12.768 ET 20th fastest stock L99 is 13.397 ET Look at the 1/4 mile V6 fast list. <--fixed LOL Fastest bolt on is 13.420 ET 10th fastes bolt on is 13.787 ET Fastest nitrous is 11.841 ET 7th fastest nitrous is 13.932 That should give you an idea of how to compare them. BTW, nitrous and some slicks will cost a lot less than trading for an SS. But of course, you were told that in a couple of the other threads you started about this.

Big difference because of the torque. If you test drive one you will be unimpressed because the dealer most likely runs 87 in it. Put 93 in, do a fuse pull, and push the loud pedal.
