I think there was a particular '82 Vette that actually had a 305, "California Package" comes to mind. Pretty sure it may have been the slowest turd ever made in a Vette body.

thats why i love them. they dont make a slow vette. all have v8s with good power. can stand up to a lot of sports cars.

I have rolled my window down...thinking "oh, what's this" and the woman just tells me that the car is beautiful. I get a compliment about every other day about how awesome it is.
