I would say more like 680 SAE, it will be close.
Huh?

This is my experience as well.

The most we've ever seen on our dyno with a 2650 and stock fuel system on 93 octane is 670RWHP SAE. At that power level the HPFP didn't have anything left to give.

Thats the opposite I was seeing. Im topping out at 119* on the cam and the high side is fine. But my low side was dipping down into the low 60psi for fuel pressure. I added a JMS and its perfect now. And the rest of the fuel system is well within spec. 5.1ms on the injector pulse width. I made just under 700 with my maggie 2650 90mm pulley, normal rotofab and MSD wires/6510 plugs. The car is an animal. No headers, no nothing else.

That’s weird seeing everyone else at 700

Depends on dyno. Katech's reads slightly low so that's likely why they top out at 670whp. I've seen as much as 700ish on other dynos. It's still the same power though, just a different dyno.

If you run a 103 with LTs, I bet you'll see at least 15-16-psi. The LTs will lower boost a bit, but opening up the inlet will likely allow a little more airflow. Some say it's not worth it at this power, but it seems like there's enough information out there that says it does.

Do most of cars swapped to a 2650 require octane booster while using 93 pump gas???

Ive used it and it helps to add a few degrees of timing and fight knock.

Depends on the dyno. On ours, a ZL1 auto baselined at 530, and made 670 whp with a maxed out LT4 fuel system. This was with a 90mm upper. We tried the 85mm and hit a hard fuel limit.

You can expect 140-150whp gain over stock with the appropriate exhaust and the maggy kit before needing fueling modifications on 93

So, in New Orleans we have 93 available but we are also 14 feet below sea level, but since this is a daily driver I wanted to be sure I didn't need an octane booster for it.

Pulling a few degrees of timing using the stock cam would it still make 100- 125 hp reliably ??

Basically just adding a 2650 with no exhaust or intake mods.....

Here are my numbers for just adding a Magnuson and my supporting mods. I have nothing over the top aside from a catback exhaust......I just re read your commend about no intake mods, i guess you can subtract 5-10 for the rotofab and the throttle body...but you get the idea.

On the base tune (Magnuson CARB): 659HP with 626 TQ
91 octane tune: 662HP with 624TQ
Boostane Fuel Additive: 702HP with 642TQ

The low side pressure drops which in turn shortens the range of the high pressure pump and injectors.

A JMS fuel system voltage booster easily extends the range past 700 RWHP.

My 2018 ZL1 and many many others make 670 RWHP on E-60 with the stock blower and I have been 725 on race gas with the LT4 fuel systems.

It is also important to achieve commanded Lambda which is .82 for me.

If you are .78 you will shorten up the range as well.

Ted.
