I think the base GT looks better than the above photos. As far as performance, I would not underestimate Ford. They are willing to put the time and money in, and automotive engineers aren't exactly theoretical physicists. I bet the new GT is very fast. Chevy will step it up to compete though.

That side rear shot looks a lot like a C5... Front end Fusion. I'm brand loyal however so it'd never happen. I'm more interested to see what Dodge is going to do with the Challenger.

I wonder when GM is going to start releasing details or news about the 6th Gen Camaro. I find it strange that I haven't heard any major rumors yet

You must work at a Ford dealership. I haven't heard so much Ford hype in a long time. |

I'm seeing new 2014 Mustang GTs for up to $12,000 off MSRP which is so tempting. I think the back of the 2015 Mustang is the best looking Mustang ever, the front can be fixed. The new Mustang looks way better in person than print. I can't wait to drive one but if I buy I'll wait to 2016.
With the quality issues I've had with my last 2 new purchase Mustangs (2006, 2010) I'm hesitant to buy another but my wife likes them. Both my Wife & I had 1965 Mustangs as our 1st cars. Hers was a coup mine was a conv. but we both have owned more Camaros than Mustangs.

I ordered mine and got almost 6K in Rebates and X-plan pricing. 12K seems VERY far fetched unless these are completely stripped down GT models with ZERO options.

The more I see the 2015 Mustang, the more I like it. Also, I look forward to what GM has in store for the 6th-gen Camaro.
However, in light of recent dealership experiences in terms of sales and service I've had at both Chevrolet and Ford dealerships, it would take an act of contrition of biblical proportions on their part for me to even consider buying another new vehicle from either GM or Ford at this point.

I would not trade. Every time I see a mustang driver show off I see him fishtail and overcorrect.
Every time I see a camaro driver showoff, he seems to have better control. I have shown off and experienced the same unnatural control too. Bottom line is I like to be in control more than getting squirrelly. -Robert
