What's the problem with simply referring to it as a 6th gen? The 5th gen is known as...a 5th gen. The sixth generation camaro should probably be referred to as...a 6th gen. No need to over complicate a non-existent problem. Definitely no 'C5' or 'C6.' Those are corvette model names.

Well, Chevy is going with Camaro Six, so there's that.

Or there's the "Currently available Camaro" vs the "Not Yet Released Camaro". But 6th Gen is shorter...

If you want really short, you can just call it a 6en.

not bad, but 6amaro also denotes we are talking about a Camaro.

Gen6
5th Gen
6th Gen
6en

none of them spell or denote Camaro...

anwyay...what was this thread about again

Ok, I'll add something to the actual topic.

The more I look at the Stingray in person, the more confident I am (maybe wishful thinking) that the 6amaro will have some of the same subtle line characteristics the Stingray has, and that is certainly being hidden by the camo. If so, this car is gonna pop, and hit you in the face when you see it in person.

Well you are on a Camaro forum, if you don't know when someone says 5th Gen or 6th Gen what they are talking about then maybe you need to go elsewhere...

Just about all the threads have gone the rails....This one is now what to call the car, others are about tires...lol....

We need more meat for this GENERATION: VI.

If the SeriesSixCamaro (SSC) Team would tell us some more info, things won't spin out of control...lol

It's ok, the nature of forums...but you didn't quote the last part of my post, where I (and I didn't start the name issue...but) added something relevant...my attempt to get her back on the rails.
