Turn NAV turns off so they are not in the HUD

Is there a way to get the HUD not to display all the turns? It showing up on the NAV screen, the dash info center and the HUD; I don't need three things telling me to turn....

Even when it's set on a different screen (speed and rpm for me), it still shows up when it's telling you to turn ahead.

Put your wife in the car and you'll have another option automatically.

Use the navigation functionality in Android Auto or Apple Carplay, if you have a compatible phone. Those don't link to the HUD.

I don't think he's talking about the HUD mode where the Nav is always displayed, but instead how the cues temporarily show up even in the other modes (even performance).

I thought of that; it is a solution. But I bought the NAV because I don't like killing my phone battery and i want to use the full functionality of the car - it is a Vert ZL1....a lot of money to spend on quirky, hoped to find a way to get it to stop.

Could be just my experience, but even when running Android Auto non stop on a 4 hour trip, my Galaxy S7 edge maintained full charge the whole time. But if that's not what you've seen, yeah, not such a great solution
