A few weeks ago I was at a car meet. I was sitting with a buddy when this guy walks up to my car.....really nice he says. I just love racing guys like you. I said guys like me? Ya you think your fast sitting in your pretry car..talk alot but won't run me when you see me. You guys with the newer muscle cars are scared. Now im getting a little pissed. I said that I've raced everything from a Audi R8 v8....to a Hellcats...ScatPacks....5.0 Mustangs and even beat up Subarus held together with duct tape. Once he knew that I track my car he seemed to back up a bit. I told him guys like me don't sit around talking internet numbers and quoting magazine times. It's nice you run your car..... ill be looking for you later on the street.....im in a 80 Malibu with a small block.

Off he went....my buddy says well...you handled that well. This guy was a joke. I hope I see him later I thought. Sure enough....a couple of hours later who pulls up beside me at the light as I'm heading home....the Malibu man. Now his car looks like shit but sounds strong. I look over at hum.....hey budvare you going to run that tub or not I said. Now I had no intention of racing him ....I was just calling out his BS. Let's go bud...like I said I run everybody. I can't. ..im low on gas was his response. Figures I told him.....thats fine. I did tell him to keep his head up because ill be looking for him the rest of the summer. Calling my car " pretty". The nerve haha.

About 4 years ago a guy was complementing me on my Camaro. He said
"mine is on order, and I ordered the chrome wheels also". When I

I had a funny one this morning. A rubby dub is picking through my recycling bin for beer cans to cash in when I come outside.

he says "What year is your Camaro?"

me "2013"

him "is it just the 6 cylinder?"

me "No its the V8"

His durango? I think it has a powertech v8 and from what I've read, he'll be lucky to make about 188 whp on a good day. Theoretically I should be making at least 275 rwhp, but I'll see when I take it to a dyno this summer after I work on it.
