Why should anything happen to it? We'll still be here.

I think camaro5 will stay but there will likely be a 6th gen Camaro specific forum too....probably camaro6.com.
I eventually see 1 big forum that hosts both camaro5.com and camaro6.com. Basically, camaro5.com and camaro6.com (or whatever it will be called) will be redirected to the 1 big forum.

I've had the pleasure of owning several Camaros - including my black 89 Iroc with the 5.7 TPI that was an attention getter for sure. All of the others were awesome in their own right. I'm on my second 5th gen and my third is on it's way. I think that 30 years from now, car folks will look back upon the 5th gen as one of the most elegant, yet organic, cars ever made. When the 6th generation comes out - it's going to rock but there's something special about these cars - and I think we'll be here a long time talking about that

I believe it will likely become more of a repair/mod oriented site, with new members being buyers of the used cars and the older members advising others about common tips and tricks. That's what seems to happen to vehicle forums with older cars/trucks/whatever.
I'm a member of a four wheel drive board, and have been for over ten years. Mitsubishi hasn't sold a new Montero in the U.S for nearly ten years, yet the forum is the most active one of all the makes on there. It may change, but you'll still see familiar names for years and years. John B.

Nothing will change. You cant just ditch the 5th gens when the 6th come out. Who knows what its going to look like anyway. Thats a big issue for me.

If they own the camaro6.com domain name already, then nothing has to change. The home page can be 6th gen news but the forum link can come back here seamlessly.

Why not? People ditched the original camaro forum for this place when the 5th gen came out.

The 5th was a 'return to greatness' , backed by a BIG movie series. Again, the timing was just right. A whole bunch of us 80's and 90's kids are now earning enough money to have one ,some as a second car. Critical ingredients to a modern classic. |

Corvette7.com is the sister site to Camaro5, No reason there can't be a Camaro6.
