Hi, I am going to be getting a TrueTrac in my Camaro, What oil do you guys recommend? I run Amsoil 75-90 now and have plenty on the shelf, I am getting mixed answer when searching.
I run Torco RGO 85-140 In my Ram truck that has a TrueTrac in it.
Should I run the Torco 80-90 In the Camaro?

Torco 80-90?
Lucas 80-90
Amsoil75-90?
Redline 75-90 NS ( Synthetic with out friction Modifier)

I've ran 90w and 140w conventional with no additives in mine. I called the Folks at Eaton and asked what oil they preferred. They told me any conventional gear oil and in whatever viscosity I wanted; depending on how hard I would use the car.

Any particular brand Guys? I am leaning at the moment to Torco 80-90 Non Syn or Redline 75-90 NS Syn with no Additive.

Is there any real Benefit going to 140 unless I am doing a lot of Track days? I am assuming the 90 Will be fine for street use and maybe any occasional track day.

I ran the Torco RGO 85w140, but I was tracking my 1LE. If you are not tracking, then the 80W90 would be a good choice

I may just stick with the Torco RGO as that is what I run in my truck with the TT and it has been fine, I run the 85-140 in my truck.
