e brake is electro-mechanical so it makes no difference. Just siphon both sides of the division. The mixing will happen no matter what eventually.

That looks like the reservoir for the clutch fluid, which your car doesn’t have. That’s what that nipple is for normally; the hydraulic line for the clutch circuit would connect there. I wouldn’t stress about it.

Yes, not used for the auto but the fluid in the 2nd compartment co-mingles with brake fluid.

I will try to get it with another syringe
Smaller and longer tube to reach this aft side...
Or may be it will flush when I will open the calipers.
