2015 Mustang Ecoboost 12.649 Tune only???

Very hard to believe, faster than a stock 2015 5.0.

There is more on that car in this thread: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...=380179&page=5

They put slicks on it, and skinnies up front (and possibly passenger seat removal) and got a 12.1.

Then they did full exhaust and race gas and got into the 11s.

So there you have it. Ecoboost with slicks, skinnies, tune, and race gas is faster than a stock ZL1. I'm not really a fan of the new Mustang, but I knew the modded Ecoboost would be a beast.

Well...I will say the 11 second pass was on a race gas (VP fuels) run, so it may not be an "every day driver" tune, but it show what is possible on the stock stuff. The other runs that were in the mid and low 12s, they say was done on the tune they will offer to the public.

I must admit that I judged this motor to harshly. Still wish Ford would offer the 3.5TT and the 2.7TT.

Why? it would be pointless compared to the 5.0 V8, especially a 2.7TT.

I don't see anyway the 2.7 makes it into the Mustang. I would love to see the 2.7 make it into the Explorer tho.

Only way I see the 3.5 making its way into the S550 is in a Lincoln version.
