report on new exhaust setup

Just finished installing BBK LT headers, no cats, and Flowmaster Outlaw cat back system. Summary - HOLY LORD IS IT LOUD!! I was hoping for much louder sound and I may have gotten more than I bargained for. It feels very conspicuous driving around town. Even going very easy on the gas it is remarkably loud and there is also quite a bit of popping on decel.

I installed this system on Sunday (with zero problems btw) with my two teenage sons. Their reaction on cold start up for the first time was priceless. They were grinning ear to ear and have been positively giddy driving around ever since. This mod alone has ramped up their interest in the car more than any change has a right to.

I just thought I would share the experience because I sure did enjoy it.

If you are considering the FM Outlaw exhaust my advice is: BE PREPARED!

The best part is sharing the experience with your sons. It these kinds of moments that they will cherish.

And yes, please post some vids.

Not sure what you mean. Axle back or cat back? I have the cat back system part #817556.
