What's the spec on header flange flatness?

What is the generally accepted "flatness" spec for headers flanges? After all 4 tubes are welded on with all that heat, I assume they are not as flat as milled surface and there must be some amount amount tolerance that the bolt torque and gasket is designed to seal up.

Anyone know?
