Why does my roof molding clip not have rubber on it?

I thought these came with rubber on top of it to match the rest of the roof molding? I bought these from a certified GM site too.

I misunderstood. These adhere underneath the roof molding to help hold it in place. The roof molding is held in with pressure. If anyone is wondering, you just pop off the molding with a trim tool or something similar and pull it out. No other tools necessary, but it is really dirty underneath the molding so you'll need some soapy water and a microfiber towel to clean it along with the trim tool or a cotton swab to get into the tight spaces. Still can't believe my dealership would've charged me $120 to install that. lmao
