Blue, huh? Are you a short drive away from any parts store so they can read the code?
It honestly looks like washer fluid to me... But I don't see that tripping the CEL.

lol that's windshield washer fluid. maybe your reservoir cracked. no clue on the cel bro, do you have a scanner? if not head over to a auto parts store and have them scan it.
good luck! peace

That's the only part that has me confused. I don't think low washer fluid trips the CEL. Unless he has bad luck and something else is tripping it.

Cold weather plus standard climate washer fluid equals something froze and cracked maybe. Wouldn't set a CEL though

You most likely just flashed some warning code one that said install new washer reservoir yours is cracked, or overfilled...(Sarcasm)….and BTW your Engaging traction control and stabillitrac sliding in the snow...… I get TC warnings all the time, winter is hard on stuff and only worse in snow getting any traction and most likely why something popped up, and hopefully not something serious or it would have a constant CEL on the dash and you would have to read the code before clearing or unplugging the battery/replug….
Anyway check your reservoir and if cracked maybe a junk yard has one or gmpartsdirect.com or some good old two part epoxy putty etc....can fix you up and replace the fluid by emptying the reservoir and replacing with 100% good cold weather fluid good to lower than -15 degree fluid...… and the sound of the running water was most likely the sound of crap in the works of the a/c heater system with how cold it was just working its way out. good luck. I would avoid driving anything in temperatures that low if I could but a cold weather beater is not always a option; I realize so snow tires, and good fluids are a must along with jumper cables and a good battery I would recommend in your area especially. Good Luck.

That’s right. Since the 90s I believe it went orange with the Dex. But I’m thinking old school. You can still put the green in it and no problems will occur. He’ll! Mid and match! Lol

No you cannot. If you mix standard and Dex cool it will gel up and screw up your engine.
