I bought the Vmax ported TB, from Apex, $350 US, and just got my 200 US core charge back. Of Course, I did have to pay exchange and Canadian tax/customs duties. So, cost about 220 Canadian overall.

yes I know, this would be for someone who has a stock 87mm lsa TB that wants to upgrade to a 90mm TB.
