Traction control button sprung

Installed 2din stereo with Metra kit. All works fine, except the traction control button is not operational it is hooked up seems to have no spring to it??

I would say you messed with something when you popped out the center console/shifter surround. No spring to it either means the spring is gone, or its caught on something and wont go down.

Is it stuck down, or stuck up?

I did the same thing to mine got another from the dealer for $25.00.

Try readjusting the spring. Is your stabilitrak off message appearing on your dash by any chance?
