Name of bolt?

What's the name of the bolt that goes underneath the front bumper cover? There are two of them. Is it the lower deflector bolt? It's one of the bolts on this diagram.

I think you are looking for number 16 in the following link.

Yeah #16 has the same part no. as the lower deflector bolt. I think that's the one because 11610748, which is the next part, is the same nut that goes with it. I can get a bag of 10 on ebay for the same price as buying two from that GM site. I felt like a dumbass the other day because I didn't look there when I bought some retainer clips from a GM dealership. Ended up spending $50 for ten retainer clips when I could've gotten them for $10. Screw dealerships. Now I get why people call them "stealerships".

One more thing, I'm needing more of these bolts at the 2:00 timestamp in the video below:

As I was taking out the fender liner I noticed I only had one of these bolts on that same left side and two on the other side. How do you even lose these???

Tony,
I think #8 in this diagram is the bolt you seek. Those bumper diagrams are not super clear when it comes to the fasteners. Check it out and see what you think.

#8 is a torx bit screw and those hold the wheel liner to the rocker panel. What I was looking for was a 10 mm. bolt with a big washer on it, but I found replacements for them.
