Fuel Flap 2018 Camaro SS
Hi Guys, the Fuel Flap on my Camaro became dislodged and would like to know if anyone else has had this problem? Took to the Dealer under warranty and they have been putting me off, telling me they are waiting for parts. They want drop the rear to fix. Any comments would be appreciated.

Many parts on back order due to GM strike and Covid closures.
Try aftermarket.

Was hoping there was work around instead of dropping the rear.

Nope they have to drop the rear end to access the fuel tank! Sorry.

I've never heard of this happening. Is this something that I need to be careful of? I know that sometimes it seems like the fuel nozzle comes out hard. Is there a trick to that? I usually push it back down and lift.
