Yes, you should get locking lugs.
Where you get them doesn't really matter. Locking lugs keep honest people honest, if someone knows what they're doing, you're not going to stop them from stealing your wheels. Just don't make it easy for them.
I have had a full set on all 5 wheels on my Jeep(s) for almost ten years with no issues.
It's up to you how paranoid you want to be. It's a fact that some sets have common keys, and the bad guy will have those, as well as the locking lug removal socket which is available at any auto parts store, so it's almost immaterial.
It's all a matter of the level of effort you want to go to, and the level of effort the bad guys in your area are willing to go to.
Crooks are lazy, they'd really have to want your wheels to go after a set with locking lug nuts. If they want them that bad. They're going to get them.
