There are a few options out there.

RPI makes a passenger side dash insert that covers the entire dash. You can get in multiple colors or a carbon fiber look: https://www.rpidesigns.com/shop/item...SABEgL1dfD_BwE

I like that, but I wanted something for just the lower half, and I didn't see that anyone made something like that, until I came across someone mentioning this seller on ebay:

I bought one (took like 3 weeks to get it....from China) and I like it. Now...yes its kind of "cheap" but installed it looks fine to me and the fit was perfect. If you want something that looks like factory piece, this may not be it, but on the other hand it looks good enough to me that nobody except an enthusiast would ever know it wasn't a factory piece unless maybe they tried to pry on it.
