Based on what the guy told me latter on, his insurance denied [and dropped him] mainly, during investigation, the technician told the insurance and police, that when the boost came on, suddenly the backend got lose and changed direction into the wall in split second. I had actually seen another C5 video, how the back fishtailed and the car went into the oncoming direction and had head on crash.
Dealer's lawyer to protect dealer and it's employee, blamed the extra power that the car went out of control on it own. So, insurance company faulted the owner and didn't pay him anything and dropped him. He got lucky that he even got some from dealer's insurance.
