Its a concept for SEMA. The vast majority of such cars never move an inch towards production. I wouldn't get my hopes up for an SS Drag Pack

Yes, but what caught my eye was that the 'power adder' only bumps things up by another 70 after that. Unless its an either/or type deal instead of an 'and': get the heads, cam, intake & exhaust
OR the power adder ... but not both.
Otherwise, thats not a whole lot of power being added.

Normally, power adders refer to some form of forced induction. Superchargers, turbos, and nitrous.
