Fear teh GM Turbo quads running alcohol. GM won't do it, but a turbo 4 set up for OEM E85 would make a very nasty baby Rat starting point. 500HP would probably be bolt-on limit. Add fuel system upgrades, head bolts, and a big single can put a GM 4 past 900HP. I believe the hottest ones are well past 1200HP on methanol.
