Have you checked thru the radio to ensure the suspension is in "Auto" mode so it will change to whatever mode you select with the switch at the center console?
Otherwise, it will never change and be locked to whatever it is selected on the radio.
Yes the suspension should feel different in each mode... Like you should be able to tell the car getting firmer on track and sport vs tour
