Isn't dew point a lovely thing? Along with automatic climate control. Camaros are not the only cars to experience this by any stretch. Before the days of automatic climate control, all one had to do was to add a little warm back into the air to get the windshield just above the dew point temperature. That's harder to control with how automatic climate control works without making the cabin too warm. I see no way of fixing the isue without some means of achieving 100% airtight enclosure of the defrost door. As someone that deals with airflow every day, I can't believe the fix is to remove a door seal. It should be to install a better one or a stronger closing door. A plastic to plastic seal would be a poor one.
