I love watching old motorweek "retro" car reviews on youtube. It's funny to hear them say a car is quick when it hits 60mph in 9.5 seconds.
I just watched one recently on the 1997 Camaro SS and it put up nearly identical numbers to the V6 today. I graduated from high school in '97 and I remember that car being sooo bad ass.

The bigger thing is those 4th gens were about what, 250-400lbs lighter. Says alot about the performance differences between a LT4 4th gen vs current V-6.
