Your dealer did not have an allocation to order. Just because Chevrolet receives your order does not mean it has been accepted. You have most likely sat at status 1100. Your dealer has not actually had this order picked up. From the way it sounds, your dealer just recently got an allocation if they are saying March. You should give your order number to Becky and have her look at it.
A live example for this would be me. I ordered January 23, wheels were on constraint for 4 weeks, and my dealer didn't have an allocation for 1 week. So for roughly 5 weeks, my order had zero progress. Once it's picked up it should take 6-8 weeks to get to you. So no, if you ordered your car and the dealer had an allocation that day, it should not take 4 or 5 months. It sounds like they've been stringing you along.
