Not true... my 4 cylinder ecoboost turbo ST ran fine with 87... wife's 6 cylinder ecoboost twin turbo flex runs fine on 87... It clearly states in the owner manual that these Ecoboosts will run j on 87 but if you
want optimal performance then you should run premium....
